As you can imagine, we receive a lot of proposals and this process is designed to afford the same fair and equal treatment to any company or individual desiring to do business with us. In addition, this direction helps us avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Walmart's methods, products or marketing strategies may seem similar to unsolicited proposals submitted to Walmart.
