It’s the first thing you touch when you walk into a store, and the last thing you touch before you leave the parking lot. The shopping cart has become a quintessential part of the American shopping experience, but have you ever thought about where the carts come from?
Most people probably don’t realize around half of the nation’s carts are produced in Wagoner, Okla., by Unarco, a retail equipment company. Unarco not only makes carts “from scratch” but also takes recycling them to the next level.
