Andrea Albright is the chief growth officer for Walmart International and operating partner, Massmart, overseeing growth strategy across eCommerce, Marketplace, advertising, membership, and emerging services, as well as Walmart’s South Africa retail business.

Since joining Walmart in 2005, she has led teams dedicated to delivering quality products at great prices, fostering environments of trust and psychological safety that promote collaboration and innovation.

Previously, Andrea held several leadership roles across the company, most recently leading Global Sourcing, where she navigated complexity, built resilient global supply chains, and delivered with purpose and agility. Andrea has also held roles across Walmart’s U.S. Merchandising and People organizations, helping shape strategy and organizational culture.

She has been recognized as an International Women's Forum fellow and a rising woman in business by Fortune's Most Powerful Women Next Gen. Her success is attributed to her customer-centric strategy and ability to build diverse, high-performing teams.

Andrea holds dual master's degrees in business administration (M.B.A.) and human resources development (M.Ed.) from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor of Science degree in apparel and textile science from Kansas State University.

Active on various boards, Andrea serves on the board for the Baratta Center for Global Business at Georgetown University, Zero100 Advisory Board, Walmart Foundation Board, University of Arkansas MBA Alumni Board, and the Kansas State University College of Health and Human Services Board. She resides in Bentonville, Arkansas, with her husband Patrick, daughter Mackenzie, and son Liam.
