Brian Niccol is the chairman and CEO of Starbucks Corporation. Before joining Starbucks, Mr. Niccol served as CEO of Chipotle, where he also held roles as chief marketing and innovation officer and president. He previously held executive positions at Taco Bell, another Yum! Brands division, including general manager and chief marketing officer. Mr. Niccol spent 10 years at Procter & Gamble in various brand management positions.
Mr. Niccol holds a bachelor's degree from Miami University in Ohio and an MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. He currently serves on Starbucks' board of directors and previously served on the boards of KB Home and Harley-Davidson.
