Walmart associate Karisa Sprague began working at Walmart 12 years ago as an hourly intern. Today, she is the Senior Vice President of the Northern Plains region for Walmart U.S. Watch as she goes back to Fort Collins, Colorado, store 2729, where she served as assistant manager early in her career. She shares her career story with store associates and offers advice on how to succeed at Walmart.
