Denese Shoemaker is a Personnel Coordinator at Wal-Mart store #2618, Commerce Township, MI.<br><br>For the third year in a row, Walmart has joined the Today Show to co-produce the "Getting to The Heart of Christmas" series, which brings surprise Christmases to deserving families and organizations across America. On December 16, 2011, the Today Show featured the first of three segments which focused on Russ and Michelle Cline, and their three young children from Detroit, Michigan, who have not had a real Christmas in four years:&nbsp;<a class="yt-uix-redirect-link" href="http://on.msnbc.com/sKeXbJ " target="_blank" title="http://on.msnbc.com/sKeXbJ" rel="nofollow" dir="ltr">http://on.msnbc.com/sKeXbJ</a><br><br>The Commerce Township Walmart store associates, along with Rob Aquilina, store manager, and Bill Bartell, market manager, all played an integral role in the big Christmas surprise presented to the Clines, which started with a surprise shopping spree for Michelle to get her family all the big gifts they've wanted for years.
