Made in the US Holiday Gift list

Giving gifts to the people we care about has been a holiday custom for thousands of years. This year, Walmart is making it even easier to give a gift that supports a cause many people care about, too: American jobs.

Our customers tell us that when they think about buying products, price is their first consideration, but the next is where that product is made.  This season, we’re providing a simple way to help our customers find great items that fit both of those requirements: our Made in the USA page on Walmart.com.

All the products on our site are made in whole or in part in the United States, and you can find even more items made in whole or in part in the U.S. in our stores – just look for a “Made in the USA” label.

Here are a few suggestions to get you started.

Whether your recipient will be creating a childhood masterpiece or a weekend craft project, you’ll find plenty of American-made products focused on the fun of making things. Consider DIY-focused gifts like mason jars and molding clay, and you’ll be giving your creative loved one the best present of all: a blank canvas for imagination.

Know someone who craves time in the kitchen? From cookware and plastic containers to even a pretend setup for the budding chef, we’ve got several choices in the category of domestically made cooking gear. Plus, if you hang around long enough after these gifts are opened, you may even get to enjoy the food itself.

You don’t have to be an athlete to love the thrill of competition. A new board game is perfect for starting a family night tradition in the new year, and a choice like this adjustable basketball goal allows players of all ages to join in the fun.
