SAN ANTONIO, April 25, 2013 – A new Walmart will open Wednesday, May 1, after a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony at 7:30 a.m. The new store at 4096 N. “Residents in the area are looking forward to the opening of Walmart on Foster Road. In addition to providing more shopping options, Walmart is bringing approximately 250 jobs to the area,” said District 2 Councilwoman Ivy R. Taylor. “We look forward to continued revitalization of the Foster Road corridor.”

The pharmacy offers a full range of products and services. Pharmacy team members can answer product and prescription questions and offer health and wellness solutions. There are also two convenient drive-thru lanes for easy drop off of prescriptions.
