Retailer Holding Tournaments in More Than 2,700 Stores Prior to Midnight Release
BENTONVILLE, Ark., Nov. 3, 2011 – Walmart will give gamers early access to play the hottest new game for the holidays, Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 3, with tournaments in more than 2,700 stores beginning at 8 p.m. (local time) on Monday, Nov. 7, 2011. Additionally, gamers can earn “Mega XP” time, consisting of 90-minutes of double experience points, with every purchase of specially-marked 20-packs of Mountain Dew®, exclusively at Walmart.
