A Form 4 was filed by the Estate of Helen Walton today, reflecting that her estate is no longer a voting member of Walton Enterprises, LLC and, as a result, now has no voting or investment authority over the Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. common shares owned by Walton Enterprises. This change is not a disposition, transfer or sale of any Walmart common shares, only a change in the Estate of Helen Walton’s voting status. Walton Enterprises still owns the same number of Walmart common shares (approximately 1.68 billion) as before the change. Voting members of Walton Enterprises now are S. Robson Walton, Jim C. Walton, Alice L. Walton, and the John T. Walton Estate Trust.
