BENTONVILLE, Ark., May 30 -- Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE: WMT) will web cast its annual Shareholders' meeting Friday, June 1, 2007, and its same-day presentations to analysts and institutional investors.
A live video cast of the entire Shareholders' meeting, including the pre-meeting activities, will begin at 7:00 a.m. CDT and will conclude at approximately 11:00 a.m. CDT. The video cast of the Shareholders' meeting will be replayed in its entirety immediately following. In addition to the video cast, an audio web cast, including slide presentations of the Shareholders' proceedings, will begin at approximately 7:00 a.m. CDT and run through approximately 11:00 a.m. CDT.
The briefings to analysts and investors, with the question-and-answer session, will begin at 1:45 p.m. CDT and conclude at 3:15 p.m. CDT. There are no slide presentations during the afternoon meeting.
