Cheryl Crumpton is senior vice president and chief counsel, Litigation for Walmart Inc. In this role, she leads Walmart’s enterprise litigation strategy and team and works closely with leaders across the business to anticipate and manage risk.
 
Before joining Walmart, Cheryl served as deputy general counsel and chief compliance and ethics officer of Exelon Corporation, where she was responsible for the company’s compliance and ethics, corporate investigations, and compliance risk management programs. While at Exelon, Cheryl also held the position of associate general counsel, Litigation, in which she led the company’s Mid-Atlantic litigation team. 

Cheryl also held the role of global head of litigation and regulatory enforcement at Robinhood Markets. Earlier in her career, Cheryl served as supervisory trial counsel for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and as an assistant United States attorney in Baltimore, Maryland.

Cheryl earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law.
